The Barcelona Network of Environmental Facilities (XEAB) was created with a view to providing citizens with access to these tools and resources. The XEAB facilities, spread across all districts, promote actions, provide information and schedule activities, workshops, talks around sustainability and climate change. The Technical Secretariat schedules activities, workshops, talks, resources and strategies to promote the participation and empowerment of all citizens to create more sustainable neighbourhoods and, with them, a more habitable city.
