Visit to a section of Barcelona’s sewer network
We will explore the only section of Barcelona’s sewer network that is open to visitors, to learn about the urban water cycle and understand how it works. The sewer network safeguards hygiene and public health, prevents potential flooding and facilitates the treatment of wastewater. We will reflect on the importance of water as a scarce resource and the shared responsibility we have in maintaining it.
