    The architectural project developed by the firm MIRAG Arquitectura includes the restoration and rehabilitation of a historic building that is listed as part of the city's cultural heritage.

    The intervention, carried out in coordination with the Historical Heritage Department of the City of Barcelona, aims to bring new life to this modernist industrial warehouse—designed by architect Modest Feu i Estrada—by revealing and once again highlighting its most distinctive elements.

    As part of the process, Proxima has provided the financial resources for the redevelopment of the public square adjacent to the Sants–Eixample Funeral Home, a project carried out by the City Council, which has significantly enhanced and improved the neighborhood’s surroundings.
