Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race

1. The inclusive 2K Mercè Bimbo Global Race will be held on 21 September. It is integrated into the last two kilometres of the open 10K Mercè Race.
2. It is free and will start at the corner of C. Tamarit with C. Entença.
3. The meeting time for participants will be at 9 a.m.
4. The race is open to anyone over the age of 14 with an intellectual disability or with reduced mobility who, due to their physical condition, cannot run a distance of 10 km. Participants must present a disability card.
5. Participants must be accompanied by a coach or legal guardian, who must be properly registered for the race, but without a chip.
6. The use of a chip is compulsory for the participant, but not for the companion, as it would cause confusion in the finishing order.
7. The start time will be decided shortly before it happens, based on the flow of runners in the Open race. The technical manager of the race will make this decision.
8. To register, please send an email to merce@lasansi.com before 11:59 p.m. on 12 September. Registration is mandatory for both the runner and the accompanying person. Accompanying persons must not wear a timing chip, in order to avoid any confusion in the race results.

10. The first three male and female finishers will be awarded a trophy and all participants will receive a finisher’s medal.
11. At the finish line, a meeting point will be marked with banners from the Esport Incluo (Inclusive Sport) programme that will be easy for the participants to identify. There, they can enjoy sustainable refreshments while they wait for the prizes to be awarded.
12. Staff will be on hand at the finish line to accompany the runners to the meeting point.

The bib and t-shirt must be collected at Pavelló d’Itàlia on 19 September from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., or 20 September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pl. Carles Buïgas. In front of the Magic Fountain.
