Screening of the documentary directed by Stéphane Ghez, followed by a roundtable discussion on the composer and architect Iannis Xenakis (Brăila, Romania, 1922 – Paris, France, 2001).

The screening of the documentary presents a unique opportunity to explore Xenakis’s work in an audiovisual format that is accessible to a diverse audience. The subsequent roundtable discussion will serve as a space for dialogue and exchange, where experts and attendees can delve deeper into the relationship between architecture and music through Xenakis's perspective. The event will feature Anna Bofill Levi (composer, architect and translator of Xenakis’s book Music and Architecture into Catalan).

Renowned for his passion for music and architecture, Xenakis collaborated with Le Corbusier on the design of the Convent of La Tourette (1957) and the Philips Pavilion (1958) – projects in which he integrated his groundbreaking sonic and spatial innovations. His work includes immersive projects such as Terretektorh (1965-66) and the Polytopes (1967-78), which merge space, light and music to create uniquely sensory experiences.
