Incentivise the creative link between art, science and technology, stimulating the co-creation and exchange of scientific knowledge between the social and economic actors of the city; and consolidate the relationships between the science sector's innovation facilities in the city and metropolitan region.

Goal 13 - Promote the relationship between art, science, technology and society from a cross-cutting perspective, which promotes areas for co-creation between diverse profiles and areas.

Goal 14 - Promote links between the scientific players and the city's innovation projects and facilities.

Goal 15 - Facilitate the transfer of scientific knowledge to social and economic players, particularly those that have few or no resources, for their own research and which are working towards an equal and environmentally sustainable economy.
