Guillem-Jordi Graells

Guillem-Jordi Graells (Terrassa, 1950) has a long trajectory in the world of literature as a writer, translator, playwright, essayist and cultural manager. In recent years he has premiered half a dozen plays, as well as nearly fifty translations, versions and dramatisations. As a writer, Graells has published several studies on theatrical, literary and historical subjects, as well as a number of editions of texts. During his career, he has directed the Teatre Lliure, served as deputy director of the Institut del Teatre, chaired the AELC and the GAC —where he negotiated editing and script contracts— and, in addition, he has been a member of the boards of the ILC, EWC and CEDRO.
