Mònica Garcia Massagué

Mònica Garcia Massagué is the Director of the Sitges-International Fantasy Film Festival of Catalonia Foundation, as well as a writer and the Co-director of the Master's degree in Fantasy Films at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She has had over a dozen informative books published. She has bachelor’s degrees in Communication Sciences and in Advertising and Public Relations. She is also a doctoral researcher in Multimedia Engineering and recently coordinated a study on the presence of women in fantasy films: Woman in fan.
