Tannia R. Tamayo

Economics. She combines her passion for writing with teaching, consulting on entrepreneurship and managing innovation and, more recently, with her activities in the social sector. She started dabbling in fiction after pursuing a master's in storytelling. To date, she has completed one poetry collection, Los colores de la melancolía, and two short story collections, Este no es nuestro lugar en la playa and Como si estuviera latiendo en otro cuerpo. She has published several stories (like ‘Blue Monday’ and ‘El camino escarlata’) in the magazine Quimera. El peso del humo (Alberto Santos Editor, 2022), her first novel set against the backdrop of artificial intelligence, was a success among critics and readers alike. She is currently working on her second novel.
