Tim Pratt

Tim Pratt (Goldsboro, 1976) is an American science fiction writer with a long and renowned career. He has published more than twenty novels, including Los herederos de Grace (Heirs of Grace), the Marla Manson saga and the recent Axiom trilogy, consisting of The Wrong Stars (Philip K. Dick Award finalist), The Dreaming Stars and The Forbidden Stars. His stories have appeared in anthologies compiling the best publications of each year, such as The Best American Short Stories. In addition, his work has been awarded a Hugo Award (for the story Impossible Dreams), and he has been a finalist for the Nebula, World Fantasy, Sturgeon, Mythopoeic and Stoker Awards, among others. He currently works at the journal Locus, where he started out tidying shelves and cleaning and has since gone on to become a senior editor.
