Dragons, the She-dragon, the mythical Mulassa, a phoenix or two... Have you ever seen the Dofí Nicolau in the historic centre of the city? All these fearful beasts are waiting for the moment when, surrounded by sparks, they begin to spit fire from their mouths, burning everything in their path. Whilst you're watching the action, you’ll be very busy ensuring that you don’t get splashed by the rain of fire, so take the opportunity to see them while they're resting in the Antic Mercat of El Born, and discover, without danger, the city's fire beasts.
Take the opportunity to have a good look at the new beast Bee, created in collaboration with groups in Manchester by Catalan artisans Pau Reig and Dolors Sants in honour of this year’s guest city.
