Marc Vilajuana and Alejandro Narés bring together two very different kinds of music – Gregorian chant and techno – that nonetheless share a certain intimate, introspective nature. Gregotechno fuses the sacred modes of Gregorian chant with the pulsating energy of electronic music, in a combination that’s winning over audiences across Catalonia. Expectations couldn’t be any higher for their La Mercè performance, which will be followed by a spectacular live show at Paral·lel 62 for Christmas.
