In this space dedicated to families and centred on the sea, a figure as legendary as Captain Nemo has to be there—that mariner who travels the world in a powerful, secret submarine imagined by Jules Verne in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. But how would Verne tell his story today? Come and find out in this show, where the Captain realises one day that the coral reefs he loves so dearly have turned into mountains of rubbish and the seagrass meadows have become dumping grounds. To put things right, he contacts Professor Aronax and takes him on an underwater journey to reveal the secrets of a fascinating world now under threat from humankind. This show has never before seen in Catalonia—and remarkably, it all takes place inside a giant aquarium!
