Taller familiar 'Ioga amb nadons'

Les classes de ioga post natal estan pensades per oferir a les noves mares un espai segur on practicar ioga amb els seus nadons, compartint amb altres dones l’experiència del postpart.

La pràctica inclou exercicis de meditació i respiració per observar i acceptar els canvis emocionals i psicològics que es donen en aquest període, i la pràctica d’asanas que ajudaran a la mare a millorar la flexibilitat de la columna vertebral, a prendre consciència del sol pelvià i a recuperar progressivament el to de la musculatura abdominal.

S’aconsella la pràctica del ioga postpart després de la quarantena. En el cas de cesària, s’ha d’esperar 3 mesos.
