Activitat 'Sense pagesos? L'experiència d'un projecte agrícola'

L’existència de petita pagesia al territori és clau per a la sostenibilitat mediambiental. I, en canvi, la mitjana d'edat dels caps d'explotacions agrícoles a Catalunya és de 62,5 anys. Cada vegada hi ha més pagesos que es jubilen sense tenir un relleu que continuï cuidant la terra. L’agricultura ecològica i regenerativa són claus en la lluita contra el canvi climàtic i la petita pagesia és necessària per tenir un territori equilibrat també a nivell social. Per què, doncs, Catalunya estan desapareixent els pagesos? Ho explicarem a través de l'experiència pròpia de La Beneta, un projecte agrícola que tot just comença i que agafa el relleu d'un projecte ja existent, per continuar cultivant la terra i oferint aliments de proximitat al nostre entorn més immediat.
