Itinerari cultural 'Poble sec, des de les botigues centenàries al mercat de la terra'

En aquest itinerari farem un recorregut pel barri de Poble Sec, destacant la connexió entre la història i la sostenibilitat. Explorarem botigues centenàries que preserven la tradició i/o promouen el consum de productes ecològics. El recorregut acabarà en un Mercat de la Terra de Slow Food Barcelona, on productors locals ofereixen aliments orgànics i sostenibles. L’itinerari destaca la importància de connectar amb les arrels gastronòmiques, recordant la necessitat de preservar tradicions i adoptar pràctiques de consum respectuoses amb el medi ambient.
