Observacions: Adaptat a qualsevol setmana de gestació (inclòs el primer trimestre). Cal dur roba còmoda, màrfega i banda elàstica.

S’ha demostrat que fer activitat física vigorosa durant l'embaràs té múltiples beneficis tant en aquests mesos, com també, en la recuperació postpart. En aquest taller treballarem la força, l'equilibri, la mobilitat, la respiració, el sòl pelvià, etc. per tal de mantenir el cos actiu i cuidar-lo durant aquesta etapa tan important.
