Tallerista: Puri Mateos

Exercicis enfocats en la respiració, clau per equilibrar el nostre cos físic, mental i energètic. Practicarem un ioga per aturar la ment, exercitar el cos de forma conscient, respirar, relaxar-se i sobretot per connectar amb nosaltres mateixos.

Practicarem Asanes (postures de Ioga), Pranayama (exercicis de respiració) i relaxació conscient. Tot això adaptat a les necessitats del grup. Namasté.
