Taller 'Salut del sòl pelvià i hipopressius'

Observacions: Cal dur màrfega, tovallola i roba còmoda.

En aquest taller descobrirem els desequilibris en el sòl pelvià i a prendre consciència del propi to, força, coordinació i sensibilitat del sòl pelvià. També aprendrem a activar-lo correctament i ser informades de com rebaixar la tensió. S'integraran exercicis i hàbits saludables per prevenir i/o recuperar possibles disfuncions. 

Es realitzaran exercicis d'abdominals hipopressius que juntament amb els exercicis de Kegel, ens ajudaran a millorar la musculatura del sòl pelvià, la zona abdominal en la musculatura profunda i el teixit superficial (com seria la línia alba) i també l'estat de la zona lumbar on integrarem la higiene postural. Cal consultar contraindicacions a la pàgina web del Centre Cívic, a l’apartat de tallers.
