Ioga vol dir literalment unió de cos, ment i esperit. Amb aquesta pràctica, respectuosa amb el cos i les capacitats de cadascú, sincronitzarem la respiració i el moviment per unir una postura a una altra i fluir amb la respiració i el moviment. La pràctica física dinàmica ajuda a depurar l’organisme, alliberar tensions, aprenent a conèixer millor el nostre cos i a utilitzar-lo d’una manera més correcta. Crea lleugeresa i evita l’estancament, tant físic com mental, ajudant-nos així a enfortir els músculs, augmentar la flexibilitat i reduir l’agitació mental. Cal portar màrfega i roba còmoda.
