La cuina japonesa és atractiva pel seu gust exòtic i per ser lleugera. Aprendrem a cuinar dos dels plats més populars: el sushi i les gyozas. Explorarem les diferents formes i presentacions (maki, nigiri, uramaki …), alhora que t’explicarem els secrets per cuinar les crestes japoneses que més triomfen! Des de com preparar la pasta, la gran varietat de farcits, fins com donar-los forma i com coure-les. T’atreveixes a tastar-les?
