Et preocupen els oblits? Apareixen lapsus a l'hora de recordar noms? Notes alguna dificultat a l'hora de realitzar tasques que abans feies fàcilment? Aquestes i altres qüestions relacionades amb la memòria, el cervell i el seu funcionament s'abordaran en el taller. El nostre cervell és el nostre ordinador portàtil i l'hem de mantenir en forma i actualitzat. En aquest taller entrenarem les diferents funcions del nostre cervell, mitjançant exercicis molt dinàmics, en un ambient respectuós, cordial i de seguretat. L'objectiu és treballar les estratègies i les funcions cognitives necessàries que poden facilitar el dia a dia de les persones i millorar la seva vida.
