Taller 'Eines per cuidar-nos emocionalment' per a persones que cuiden als seus familiars

Espai de cures per a nosaltres mateixes, on ens donarem el permís de deixar de cuidar a altres persones i ens cuidarem a nosaltres. Ens mirarem de prop, escoltarem el que necessitem, el que ens passa i ens fa patir i ens n’emportarem eines emocionals bàsiques per ajudar-nos a estar millor. Aprendrem a ser conscients, comprendrem més el que ens passa a fi de poder prendre bones decisions per cuidar-nos.

Destinat a persones cuidadores familiars o properes que disposin de la Targeta Cuidadora.
