Taller 'Txi Kung a la fresca' *NOU*

Txikung vol dir cultivar el Txi. El Txi és l’energia de la llum que també podem cultivar en el nostre interior i fer-la créixer. I tot fent això millorem la posició i la disposició, els malestars com el mal de cap, reduïm l’estrès i facilitem l’equilibri i la orientació. Ens permet encarar el dia amb optimisme i una atenció sense tensió. La primera classe tindrà lloc al pati d’interior d’illa del CC Urgell i a partir de la segona es quedarà en un indret verd de la ciutat.
