As a result of the extraordinary situation due to Covidien-19 experienced in the social service centers, the Generalitat of Catalonia has created an extraordinary productivity supplement for professionals who have provided service in residential centers. The objective of this direct help is to recognize the involvement and commitment of these professionals who have provided care services both in their own centers with delegated management and in private centers.
Requirements
The beneficiaries of this benefit must have provided assistance services, in person, full-time or part-time, to their own centers with delegated management or those private of residential social services for the elderly, intellectual and physical disabilities with full financing or partially public during all or part of the period between March 1 and May 31 of this year.
Those workers who have been in a situation of temporary disability due to being positive or isolated contact by Covidien-19 in this period, it is also understood that they meet the requirement.
Amount of the benefit
- Geriatric assistant: 900 euros
- Direct care staff for people with disabilities: 900 euros.
- Assistance coordinator: 900 euros
- Doctor: 900 euros
- Diploma in Nursing: 900 euros
- Other professions (responsible director, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker, social educator, psychologist: 500 euros

Applications can be submitted from 8:00 a.m. on September 14 to 3:00 p.m. on October 14.
