Article 1. Subject matter of the Regulations
These Regulations govern the functions, organisation, and operation of the Barcelona Culture Council, in accordance with the provisions set out in Title IV of the Barcelona Municipal Charter, approved by Act 22/1988 of 30 December, and the Citizen Participation Regulations.
