Article 7. Retirement of Plenary members


1. Plenary members retire:

a) At the end of the mandate for which they were appointed, without prejudice to their possible re-election.
b) Due to resignation or decease.
c) Due to legally declared civil disqualification.
d) Due to incompatibility or disqualification from holding public appointments.
e) On receiving the final sentence for a criminal fraud offence.
f) Due to unjustified absence from two successive Plenary sessions.
g) Due to loss of the status of representative on the Plenary Council on the part of the organisation they represent, according to Article 6.3. e) of these Rules and Regulations.

2. Agreements to withdraw a member and appoint their replacement for the rest of the mandate are adopted according to the procedure for appointing Plenary members established in Article 6 of these Rules and Regulations.
