Article 13. Council Functioning

1. The Council governing bodies meet in ordinary sessions, according to a pre-established frequency, and in extraordinary sessions.

2. Announcements of sessions are accompanied by the corresponding order of the day. Extraordinary sessions must be announced at least two working days before they are due to take place.
