Article 11. Functions of the Vice-Chair of the Council

The functions of the Vice-Chair of the Council are as follows:

a) The Vice-Chair collaborates with and assists the Chair, and chairs the Plenary Session if the Chair is absent or ill or the position is vacant.

b) Convene and chair sessions of the Executive Committee.
