Article 15. Convening the Council Plenary Sessions
1. The Chair is responsible for convening the Council Plenary.
2. The Plenary must be convened, whenever possible, by electronic means, with at least fifteen working days’ notice, except for special sessions, which must be convened with a minimum of two working days’ notice. The notice must be accompanied by the corresponding agenda.
3. The documentation for each session must be sent to the Council Plenary members at least three working days in advance, except for special sessions, when it must be sent together with the call.
4. To include an item on the Plenary agenda at the request of Council members, the procedure must follow the provisions of the Citizen Participation Regulations.
