Article 8. Obligations of Council members

Obligations of Council members:

1. Attend Council Plenary Sessions and meetings of other Council bodies or working groups of which they are members, except in duly justified cases notified in writing to the Secretary of the Council.

2. In the event of voluntary resignation, notify the Secretary of the Council in writing.

3. For representatives of a coordinating entity, ensure the link between the Council and the entity or organisation, and the two-way communication of agreements on matters of common interest to their respective governing bodies.

4. Coordinating organisations must ensure that the actions of their representatives in the Council comply with the provisions of these regulations.

5. Ensure that they do not perpetuate inequalities or discriminate on the grounds of sex, sexual or gender diversity, origin, or social class.
