Article 9. The Council’s bodies

1. The governing and administrative bodies of the Council are:

a) The Chair.

a) The Vice-Chair.

c) The Plenary.

d) The Executive Committee.

2. The Council may operate in plenary sessions and in executive committee meetings. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 19, the members of the Plenary and the Executive Committee may establish working groups.

3. The City Council must provide, directly or indirectly, the standard technical and administrative support necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Council and its maximum autonomy.
