Guided tours of unique sites from the 1929 International Exhibition
This edition invites us to delve into a key chapter of Barcelona’s architectural history: the 1929 International Exhibition and its venues on Montjuïc. Under the theme “Tempus Fugit: 1929 International Exhibition”, visitors will have the chance to explore nine usually hidden spaces, offering insight into how this landmark event transformed Montjuïc and how its buildings have evolved over time. Some have adapted to the city’s major urban and social changes, while others remain frozen in time—silent witnesses to an ambitiously modern past.
