The importance of knowing the user who will inhabit the space

This activity will feature an interactive talk complemented by a visual presentation and an introductory practical workshop in Lego Serious Play. The session will introduce key resources and ideas to explore these methodologies, which enable the design of more human-centered spaces, aligned with users' sensory perception, emotions, and needs. The goal is to present innovative tools that enhance the understanding and creation of environments, fostering the integration of architecture and design with user experiences.

The workshop will focus on strategic design based on experience and spatial perception, incorporating approaches like Design Thinking to understand users, Lego Serious Play to visualize the emotions and needs of spaces, and sensory anthropometries to address perception and sensory stimuli in environments.

This activity is intended for architects, designers, urban planners, sociologists, space managers, environmental psychologists, and innovation professionals interested in exploring and applying these methodologies to their projects.
