Alternatives to traditional housing

In this first session on housing in Barcelona, we will address the city's key challenges and explore how they are being tackled through innovative models such as cooperatives, affordable renting, and the right of superficies.

Joining us will be Sostre Cívic, who will discuss various housing cooperatives developed in Barcelona. Also taking part will be the architects from Cierto Estudio, responsible for one of the affordable rental blocks in Illa Glòries, along with Carla Galeote, content creator, communicator, feminist activist, and law graduate from the University of Lleida.
