Tour through Ca l'Ardiaca
This guided activity will begin with a short tour through the different spaces of the Casa de l’Ardiaca, explaining the building’s history and the organization of the Barcelona City Historical Archive (AHCB).
Aimed at showcasing the documentary collections of architects and urban planners preserved in the center, the visit will allow you to explore key aspects of Barcelona’s architectural and urban development through original documents from the legacies of prominent figures from the second half of the 19th century—such as Ildefons Cerdà, Pere Falqués, the Fontserè family, Josep Oriol Mestres, and Miquel Garriga i Roca—offering a connection to the city’s current urban landscape.
