Literary suitcase"Tothom a taula!"
Amb més d'un centenar de llibres.
La maleta "Tothom a taula!" brings together a selection of fiction and non-fiction books that have as a nexus the protagonist of different areas of sustainable food. It is made up of a hundred books that are marked so that the discourse can be ordered in the form of 7 thematic headings that respond to the following phrase: ‘Who eats what, how, where, when, how much and why... but, EP!’.
Sustainable Food Suitcase
Itinerant resource to promote the critical and conscious look of the students.
Educational resource for developing skills aimed at improving food and awareness of food consumption from the perspective of food sovereignty as well as promoting healthy, fair and sustainable food. The suitcase includes books, games and graphic and experimental materials for all educational stages from nursery school to secondary school.
It is available on loan at the Environmental Education Documentation Service located at La Fàbrica del Sol.
Audiovisual series “Menú infantil”
Audiovisual series that follows Laura, a 12-year-old girl who takes on the challenge of finding all the ingredients for her favourite menu without leaving Barcelona. This little adventure takes her to visit urban markets, municipal markets and shops, interacting with the people who come and, most importantly, asking the questions that are typical of her age. Questions that many adults have long since ceased to ask themselves.
The series is produced jointly by Diari de Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University and Barcelona City Council.
Audiovisual series “Créixer i péixer”
TV quiz on food challenges.
The seven chapters of the series highlight the learning that young people can pass on to the older generations to help transform the current food model. To achieve this, food issues such as wastage, the omnipresence of sugar, intolerances, seasonality and confusion in labelling are dealt with in a quiz format.
The series is produced jointly by Diari de Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University and Barcelona City Council.
