  • This handbook aims to provide an accessible definition of sustainable food and identify the nine fields of action in the area of sustainable food in a clear manner. The aim is to provide the various social players in the agri-food system with a guide to carry out this transformative agenda from a city perspective and for the guide to be useful, applying it to decision-making and the design of urban food projects and policies. The handbook has been drawn up by Ana Moragues Faus, a renowned expert in the field of urban food policies at the University of Barcelona.
