Workshop with MMACA
What shape do soap bubbles take? Are they always spherical...? What if we made a soap bubble inside a cube? Or inside a pyramid? And most importantly: why?
In this activity, we’ll discover how soap bubbles work and explore the concept of minimal surface area, while revisiting basic geometry concepts such as angles and polygons.
We’ll connect the science of soap with modern architecture to see how nature inspires the most efficient—and beautiful—designs in built spaces.
