Presentation of the 2024 winners and lecture by Joan Batlle: Floods and Droughts

During the event, Joan Batlle will deliver a lecture entitled Floods and Droughts, addressing the effects of climate change on water management, as well as the challenges and opportunities posed by extreme phenomena such as floods and droughts for the disciplines of landscaping and territorial planning. The lecture will be followed by the presentation of the winning projects of the UPC Batlleiroig Chair 2024 Awards. These awards recognise academic excellence and innovative contributions in the best final projects of undergraduate and master’s degrees in the fields of architecture, urban planning and landscape design.
