Un foc amb mil cares i històries que connecta Catalunya amb Àfrica, l’Amèrica Llatina i el món

Arran de la relació engegada amb altres teatres europeus gràcies al projecte Between Lands, el TNC proposa un procés de creació artística col·lectiva internacional.

L’any 2021 Junior Mthombeni i Gerardo Salinas, del teatre KVS de Brussel·les, van presentar  Dear Winnie  al Festival GREC. Una obra multidisciplinar sobre Winnie Mandela i Europa amb repartiment afro-europeu. Ara, Mthombeni i Salines presenten  What the foc?! , un projecte teatral creat des de zero amb artistes molt diversos.

Els participants, escollits a través d’una convocatòria oberta, van dur a terme uns tallers laboratori que han estat la llavor d’aquesta peça que crea un diàleg entre l’art i la ciutat de Barcelona.
