Dimecres de so i cos és un lloc de trobada per a públic, creadors, programadors, diletants i curiosos àvids de gaudir d’una programació d'experimentació sonora, música improvisada, veu, dansa i performance de petit format en un entorn distès i proper com és la Sala Bar.

Aquesta programació i la producció de cada sessió estan curades per diferents col·lectius externs i interns del Santa Mònica convidats periòdicament. A través de totes aquestes veus, es crea un espai de treball coral i únic en constant construcció de significats col·lectius. Les diferents propostes artístiques mostren la diversitat i pluralitat de mirades de la creació musical i escènica experimental.

Dimecres de so i cos 2024 es nodreix de les propostes de: Africa Moment, BCN ImproFest, Festival Sâlmon, L’Afluent, La Bastida, Mixtur, Ocells al Cap (Associació Gresol) i Taller de Músics.
