Carlos Núñez torna un any més a la tradicional Festa de Cap d’Any del Banco Mediolanum Festival Mil·lenni al Palau de la Música.

Ho fa després de presentar el seu disc “Celtic Sea” en col·laboració amb la naviliera Brittany Ferries, fundada i encara controlada per agricultors bretons fa 50 anys. El gaiteiro gallec ha dit el següent sobre aquesta col·laboració: “Comparteixo amb Brittany Ferries la passió per connectar les cultures cèl·tiques de l’Atlàntic. Viatjar en els seus vaixells, d’un Finisterre a l’altre, va ser la major inspiració possible per retre homenatge al gènere de la música cèltica, creant una nova obra que representa la nostra filosofia de vida, sempre lligada a l’esperit intercèltic que guia Bretanya, centre geogràfic de tots els cèltes atlàntics. Brittany Ferries no fa sinó continuar una tradició de 10.000 anys d’intercanvis a través del Mar Cèltic.”
