Aquest taller sorgeix de la necessitat que ens transmeten des d’alguns centres educatius de dur a terme una intervenció de prevenció i promoció de la salut mental en l’alumnat. El taller està dirigit a joves entre 11 i 15 anys El principal objectiu d’aquest és educar per a promoure la intel·ligència emocional.
