Cuidem Montjuïc
Want to collaborate with cleaning and collecting the rubbish that’s been left all over the Parc de Montjuïc? After having to postpone it due to rain last Sunday, the Cuidem Montjuïc association is organising for Sunday 5 May in the morning the 13th Community Clean-up Day, with the support of CooperaSec and the Aula Ambiental del Poble-sec. Fancy coming along?
The meeting point is in front on the Escola Poble Sec (Passeig Exposició, 1) at 9.45 am. To take part, you’ll need to send an email to cuidem.montjuic@gmx.es in advance to register. To make the activity feasible, participation is limited to a maximum of 60 people.
Once you’ve received confirmation that you can join one of the groups, please note that on the day you’ll need gardening gloves, trainers, a water bottle, reusable plastic bags – supermarket bags that they can be washed and reused – as well as a strong desire to have lots of fun!
