The exhibition traces the history of the creation of the Kingdom and its transformation into a Crown through 144 pieces belonging to or linked to the monasteries that were chosen by members of the House of Aragon lineage to be buried, starting with Sant Joan de la Penya and reaching Poblet and Santes Creus.

The exhibition runs through the story of the Kingdom's creation and its transformation into a Crown through 144 pieces belonging to or linked to the monasteries that were chosen by members of the lineage of the House of Aragon to be buried, starting with Sant Joan de la Penya and reaching Poblet and Santes Creus.
In addition, reference is made to figures who were buried outside this territory, such as Ferdinand the Catholic, who was buried in Granada, or Santa Isabel of Portugal and Catherine of Aragon, the result of strategic alliances with other European powers of the time or the union of the two great crowns of the peninsula.
