The exhibition addresses one of the most decisive episodes in the career of the sculptor Aristides Maillol (Banyuls de la Marenda, 1861 - 1944): the trip to Greece in 1908, where he reaffirmed his aesthetic ideal, which will have a decisive importance in the modern sculpture of the 20th century and especially in the Catalan noucentista.
