It is now available  in digital format  the  FURNITURE CATALOG. Fund of the Frederic Marès Museum/6, which includes in  a single edition  the furniture of the Middle Ages and the modern age, previously published, as well as those of the contemporary age, cataloged for the first time.

A total of 217 pieces of furniture, from various periods, styles and types, studied by 15 specialists in the field.

You will find a good number of chests, boxes and chests on display in Room 15 on the 1st floor. Don't forget to go up to the Studio-library, on the 2nd floor, where you will discover  furniture designed by Frederic Marès  in addition to a selection of images and texts that document this artistic facet of the sculptor and collector.
